Second time here. Loved everything about the hotel. Amazing and different food. The entertainment is spectacular, they engage with the guests during the day, with several games, like bingo, yoga... They are amazing, a big thank you to Luís Semedo!!

Due to the winds in Funchal, we were diverted to Porto Santo and put up in this lovely hotel. The room had a separate bedroom and seating area with the added bonus of a small galley kitchen if required. The pools and garden area were immaculate. I loved the small separate sandy areas with just a few sunbeds, which I assume would be great for relaxing. Unfortunately, I wasn't too keen on the food. I felt it was a tad on the cold side, but others really enjoyed it, so I suppose it is just a matter of taste. The staff were all very good and friendly and let's not forget that fantastic beach that is only a few minutes walk away.

We really enjoyed to stay at this Hotel. Very nice staff and the hotel. And also good kids club, our daughter 7 years, enjoyed stayed there. Varied food every day: meat, fish, seafood cocktails, fruits, ice cream. Good spa and beach. Will come again soon )

Attentive considerate service. Excellent facilities. Caring staff. First class food. Staff were very kind and helpful. When they realised it was my birthday they came with a special cake and some champagne. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely location

Fabulous all inclusive, the food from the buffet was above average and they had all sorts of activity on offer given the weather was poor. The whole resort was immaculately clean and the pool facilities and beach was really nice! We will be back!

Stayed here for one night when our flight was diverted from Funchal. Even though there were 200 unexpected guests arriving, all the staff made us feel really welcome. Our suite (1027) was huge and well laid out. The food was a buffet as we were unexpected but everything was nicely presented and we really appreciated the mix of local ans International cuisine. The highlight of our overnight stay was the entertainment team. They even had me up dancing to Barbie Girl. All in all, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Our Jet2 flight from Glasgow to Funchal could not land due to high winds so we were diverted to Porto Santo where we were given an All Inclusive overnight stay in the Pestana Hotel. We were made very welcome by Marta and the whole team who had us dumped on them at very short notice. This place is a virtual Oasis of calm and relaxation with beautiful pools, beach and palm trees. The rooms, food and drink were all great. Many thanks to all.
