This was my second time here (for work) and I like this hotel. It’s in a nice walkable location. They are making some renovations and it’s convenient having a restaurant on the premises. I will stay here again when I go back.

Was disappointed that there was no shuttle between ferry dock or to airport. Was told a lot of excuses- van in shop, van not available, and told in writing that only Monday to Friday. A taxi service should be provided in this case.
Also, asked before- how does one wash in the bath tub with the only soap dispenser high up on the side of the shower? Perhaps a small bar of soap should be offered.

The staff in the continental breakfast room was lovely & good service, the staff at the front hotel desk not so much! The hallways & stairwells needed vacuuming , but the beds were clean. The bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms were nice!

The staff were amazing! Ferries were cancelled for the night and she faced an influx of people trying to get a room. She remained calm and helped everybody out.
