The place is great! The rooms are pretty and organized, with a vast array of activities throughout the hotel. Also, the food options are many, Blueagave offered the best food quality among many options, and the servers were on point. Junior, Felix and Marvin offered a great service and I really appreciated for all the hard work he did for us, I felt welcomed and had all the food correctly delivered.

Rossanna and Yargelys at the lunch box were the best they were so helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here especially with those girls being here. Sweet, nice, and friendly. They were quick to get us water, silverware, and coffee.

They charged me for vip 50 doller per person per day but i found its nothing for vips The Restaurants are full , always pre booked, you have pay at the beech to get a good place to sit So stay with your basic reservation and DONOT upgrade at ye time of check in

Beautiful resort that is very well kept grounds. Food was great with lots of restaurants to visit. Great alcohol selection; I wasn't expecting the variety that was offered. The staff was so friends and attentive. The only disappointment we had was our room had a very strong musty/mold smell and our bed was on wheels that didn't lock which was odd however luckily we spent most of our time on the beach which was beautiful and appeared larger and nicer than other resorts. Great place to visit.

Jose at Bri Sas was the sweetest most accommodating server we encountered. He took the time to chat with us and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. His kindness was very appreciated and we look forward to seeing him on our next trip! Thank you Jose for an amazing experience each morning.

A beautiful resort, friendly helpful staff, but the whole food offering is appalling. If you enjoy frozen chips with your raw chops, or never being able to get a reservation in an empty restaurant then this is the place for you. If they started by getting rid of their f&b manager, followed by supposed guest services they could start again. Unless you enjoy being messed around and made to beg fir an empty restaurant you will never get into, go somewhere else. We’re still here, let’s see if these comments wake anyone up- I will let you all know…..

Been to Cancun, Negril and Punta Cana over the last 4 months. Must say that this place was really nice in terms of aesthetics, architecture and centrally laid out. The centralized layout was conducive for evening time when you could bar hop or sit in the square for the nightly entertainment that was , for the most part, very good. We ate at the Italian restaurant twice and it was very good. Japanese/Asian was average. The “lunch box” for breakfast/lunch/dinner - was very good for breakfast ; the other meals were as you’d expect for this type of place. On the bright side it was open until 10 nightly with 24 hour room service. We had a beautiful ocean view in a very nice room with balcony. The tub was oddly placed outside the shower…. The frig was stocked daily with water/soda/beer as well as snacks. Our concierge Bladimir ( with a B) was very good and checked in with is daily and always seemed to show up in person at the most opportune times. Stephanie and Jairo from activities team were outstanding and patient with us every day trying to teach us latin dancing as well as doing Yoga with us. Luis in the dining area was also very good as were several others that made our stay enjoyable. Not all the staff spoke English which is certainly okay and some things were lost in translation. Beach was beautiful with soft sand and during the day you felt safe running up and down the beach. Ran 4 miles a few times in the morning and saw for myself

Was a Beautiful Pl.,. Thomas took my daughter there for graduation and a couple friends was treated very well. Food was great. Beach was beautiful. Water was clear. Can’t wait to plan another trip with the family.

Had the best dinner at Sante! We ate here several times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was always delicious! We had Jesus and Eduardo and we got the best service! Daina was the greatest hostess, she was so friendly and nice every day that we ate there! We really loved the service the best from them, we can’t wait to come back and visit Jesus, Eduardo, and Daiana!! Our new Dominican friends!
