Ismael in the ginger bar was so helpful making us terrific tropical cocktails as we're all the waitresses they made us feel at home....my concierge Aeriol was absolutely terrific and over the top 5 star service all the way can't thank you enough your my reason for wanting to come back and we will come back for sure sooner than later.truly my best stay here in Punta Cana Ever and I've been Here six times I'm al.ost Dominican Now lol.

We have visited here 9x since 2011. It is in the Dominican Republic, a Spanish language country. We go there to relax, hence the spa reference. Also,download a translation app to aid in communicating . The people and workers work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Remember, you are in their country

We had an amazing time. Weather was just perfect and the beach was clean. Our fav restaurant was Sante and the services there was excellent (Gustavo, Milton y Juan), Anny at Mexican was really helpful. Jose and Gerinaldo at Swim up bar were excellent. The best mojitos at Lobby bar by Lucia. From reception our 🥇buttler Fernando… no words. Also Darianna, Ingrid, Francisco ( manager)and Vladi very welcoming. We hope to come back soon with our family ❤️thank you all

I had a terrific week at the hotel. I have been at this and other Paradisus properties and I always have a good time There were some issues when my brother and I first arrived but because of the professionalism and amazing service of Luis Gabriel Cadet my vacation was saved. The hotel grounds and rooms are immaculate as always. The staff provides a high level of service, The night life is very disappointing and should have more activities. I want to be clear if it wasn't for Luis this would have not been a great review.

Loved the Resort! So Gorgeous and Beautiful! Huge hotel rooms that look like an apartment! Staff are Wonderful! Especially Leo at the Grille bar area!! He is Amazing! Love, Love! So Worth it! I'd Def go back! ! Heavenly!! :)

Great Service in the Concierge Melvin!!!! beutifull hotel , beaches, great room service at 1am... Full Aperol Spritz, white sand everywhere, every day different activities to do! children will love all of the activities!

We had a great week at the resort! The beach was wide and clean. Sea**** was not too bad. There were plenty of beach huts and the beach staff led by Pedro made our week. Pedro and team were quick to get the huts ready and serve drinks. Gilberto art the evacuees bar was great and we also enjoyed Wanda at the pool bar. Rosanna at the breakfast and lunch buffet was great very welcoming, friendly and nice. George, Yoselin and Jean Al so provided exceptional service. The food was great and the service terrific. Our only complaint was the pressure to attend a sales session for the Melia Club. Management should not put guests through this stress. If guests do not want to attend a sales pitch they should not continue to try to pressure them to attend. We had to be quite firm to stop the pressure. This is a policy management should revisit! All I. All it was still a great vacation!

If you like bats in your room, poor service, horrible coffee, bland food, and uncomfortable beds, this is the place to go. We had to wait 2 days to switch to a room that didn't have bats. Of course the room was of lower quality. At the very least we were expecting an apology and never received one.

This is our 2nd time at this resort, the last time being 2018. Although my husband and I still enjoy the resort, it is starting to show some wear and needs some upgrades. Pools are missing some tiles, furniture can be updated and many of the fountain water features weren’t operational. The restaurants on the resort are delicious but for some reason the resort tends to send guests to the sister resort which is the Paradisus Palma Real which are not as good. At this time on the fence to whether or not we will come back. The staff is great but I think the management is lacking and the goal is to sign people up for their new vacation package, the Circle as there are too many areas exclusive to that program. I would rather spend my money where it is appreciated.
