Clean room decent bed. Breakfast wasn't anything to rave about. But for a place to rest your head it worked well

I was super happy during my stay, I had a suite and absolutely took advantage of having the jacuzzi tub. This is my second time staying at this location and I would stay again.

Stay was good checked in late after a soccer tournament check in was easy and the front desk helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was good. Probably my only complaint was the beds were on like these metal stands that went to the floor and if you bumped it it would clang. We have stayed here several times before always good.

Hot tub, the reason we chose this hotel, was out of service. Other than that, good clean room, and the absolute best hotel breakfast we've ever had. A discount should be offered when facilities like the hot tub are not available.

Had planned on staying 4 nights but had to check out after 1 night due to finding large bed bugs in the bathroom. Notified the front desk and the manager called me and said he would meet us at lunch to inspect the room. Manager inspected the bathroom then the bed mattress and said there wasn’t any on it but said “ this is not where we usually find them”, obviously suggesting this is a known problem.
Another room was offered but we declined and asked for a refund for the other nights we were due to stay. Refund has yet to be issued, very disappointed.

We decided to stay as we were passing through because a friend of our did a month ago. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and very helpful. She tried to give us a little bit bigger room since there was 5 of us. After unloading all the luggage and finally relaxing after a 8 hour drive .. my husband found a cockroach in the bathroom. As I took the dead bug back downstairs and showed her, she was apologetic but didn’t seem too surprised. She offered us a different room but we declined and canceled the stay (which she refunded us). Also… before the bug.. I had to wipe down a lot of the furniture and remote because it had dried crusty food or something gross on it
