The facilities are excellent, as well as the staff, they cannot do enough for you. Billy & Christopher made our stay extra special, so would like to thank them personally for making our time at Casa Cook even better. The hotel is situated in a lovely position with plenty of places to eat both locally run & internal to the hotel/ neighbouring hotels. Would definitely recommend visiting Casa Cook, as me & my partner will most certainly return.

All the staff were wonderful ,front desk helped in any way possible and restaurant manager and his team made sure every guest was made to feel special. Beautiful relaxing setting, we were upgraded to private pool but all the rooms looked lovely and were spotlessly clean .

It’s hard to pick one thing we liked, as everything from the room, the breakfast and the dinner (we had half board) were exceptional. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and even arranged a birthday cake for my partner on his birthday. They always made sure that our dietary requirements were met ( even with the birthday cake) and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Big shout out to Costas and Christoforos from the restaurant. I also had the most amazing spa treatment and felt that the stress of the last years were melted away! The maids were also very friendly and the room was always clean and spotless. The front desk staff (Especially Giovana (I think that was her name)) was always super friendly and helpful and always had an extra smile for us even when super busy. All in all it absolutely met and exceeded our very high expectations that we had for our vacation. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Our expectations were pretty high before going and I have to say that they were met and exceeded. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, all while presenting a smile on their faces. The only issue we had was that the aircon in our room was unstable for two days during (and due to) a heat wave, but the staff remained professional, courteous and offered potential solutions in the event that it was not fixed timeously. However, they managed to sort it out and made it up to us. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to meet our dietary requirements, specifically our waiter, Kostas, and the restaurant manager, Christopher. It's been a long time since we returned from a vacation as relaxed as we are now.

We had a great stay at Casa Cook in early June. This is a really stylish and peaceful hotel in a fairly quiet and remote area of Rhodes. (Note - get a hire car if you want to travel about). It's nested at the bottom of a large mountain which gives it a feeling of being with nature - plus the mountain makes for a great hike! We went for a prestige suite with its own private pool and did not regret this decision, the room was massive, luxurious, extremely private and having our own pool and terrace was lovely. I think the suites are about double the size of the basic rooms so well worth an upgrade! If I was scoring this purely on the room it would be a 5* review. There were two other things that I thought were absolutely fantastic about this hotel, firstly the staff, genuinely some of the best and most friendly and helpful we have experienced, they are a credit to the hotel. Secondly the food, we went half board and the breakfast and dinners were great! Really impressed with the choice and the quality! Plus a nice food and drinks menu outside the half board - I'd recommend the Art cocktail! We did have some issues with power cuts and as a result broken air con during our final 3 days which was a real shame as our room became very hot and uncomfortable, however the hotel staff did deal with this very well and gave us a sincere apology and a discount on our bill which was really appreciated - excellent customer service :) There were a few small things that we'd love the hotel to take on board to improve the guest experience: - Water: please provide water stations around the hotel for bottle re-filling, its better for the environment, good for your guests in the extreme heat and just generally expected in a 5* hotel these days. - Gym: one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the gym advertised as we workout heavily. I'm afraid the gym was quite poor, old equiptment and broken air con all week with no efforts to fix it. We'd expect a much better gym than this is a 5* hotel. - Fans in the indoor/covered food areas: we did visit during a very hot week and both the main restaurant and olive bar were unbearably hot, our breakfast and lunch eating experience would have been improved significantly if some ceiling fans had been installed in these venues (air con in the main restaurant ideally). - Finally, please enable electronic tipping so we can tip your amazing restaurant/bar staff. We had to go and get cash which was inconvenient. Other than that, a great stay and would recommend to others who want a lovely chilled and friendly hotel in Rhodes.
