同樣品牌同樣在古城，里加的這家比塔林的價格要便宜一點，出乎意料，品質沒有下降，非常完美。早餐的餐具在所有的酒店中非常少見，配上可口的食物，是美好的回憶！

I arrived in the afternoon after 2 1/2 hour drive and was met with a smiling receptionist who had me swiftly checked in. Visited the bar for a tea with a friend before going out for dinner. Great service and offer. It was a treasure. Breakfast is also super. This time was no exception. I have met some of the staff since 2008 and that is a measure of a great place to work. Looking forward to my next visit

Good location. Old and not maintained. I’ve asked to be moved, because of the noise and the bells that goes off 8 in the morning. I was refused. The lady at the front desk told me, “ the noise in not a good enough reason for you to move rooms”
And the hotel bar smells like an ashtray. They allowed to smoke in the bar area. As you can imagine the smell travels all over the hotel lobby.

Excellent hotel- they just get everything right, even dealing with problems. At one point we were miscommunicated breakfast time but the staff were so fantastic at dealing with the problem by ensuring that we were looked after that it not only wasn’t a problem - it was turned into a big positive. They take customer service very seriously. Excellent experience all round - other hotels could learn a lot. Great food. Lovely location. And very quiet l. All round well done !

Little things weren’t typical of a 5 star location. No lobby, difficulty paying our bill due to poor internet, shower head not working, phone in room not working
