the shower was very weak. the body and shampoo dispensers were difficult to use and no conditioner. The power cord was broken off the alarm radio. {I took it to the front desk} The refrigerator made loud noise on and off throughout the night. Not a restful night.....

This property is very dated. And the quality of service is rock bottom minimum. (No soap gel in the container, dreadful coffee, inedible breakfast offerings). And noisy. If you turn off the lights and look at the room door there is a 1/2" gap around all four sides. Any hallway noise comes in. A traveler should be able to do MUCH better at this price point. But it was clean and the mattress was good.

Not too friendly desk attendant. We had no internet for a while but it was the whole area. There was no lounge area to hang out. Location is great. Good coffee but no hot breakfast.

Room was filthy, beds felt like cots not beds stains on comforters, cigarette burns, flat and stained pillow cases, sheets not much better, towels were used and stunk, no soap, bathroom floor was like a fast food restaurant, heat set at 65, on auto it felt like 90. We were traveling from NY and had driven all day just needed a couple hours of sleep to get back on road, couldn’t sleep due to the filth of the room so we just left.

Stained sheets and bed spread did not make us feel comfortable. However, the room was clean otherwise. Maintenance is poor. Door did not close properly. Toilet seat loose.

The price was fair for what we got we wanted a cheap room that wasn't gross.
Cons: We weren't happy with the family that came in around 2 am and couldn't be respectful that they were making enough noise to wake the dead. And they need to use a different cleaner in the bathroom to eliminate the pink mildew here and there. (NOT bleach, it makes it worse!!!) TV was super difficult to use.

The bathroom was old. The water faucet in the tub fell off in my hand. Could not get the dispensers too work. Minor inconveniences .. would stay there again.
