Absolutely awful hotel! Do not be fooled by the photos! Our room was in desperate need of refurbishment, was dull, depressing, with old, cheap, chipped furniture, a very old and shabby bathroom. The communal lift was very scratched and tatty, and the corridor leading to the room had unsightly exposed electrical cabling throughout. Simply horrible! Don't waste your money! There's a much nicer hotel 50 meters up the road.

Lovely hotel in front of the beach, very nice staff and on site parking. We stayed only one night so we chose the cheapest room which was quite small but clean.

Great views of the sea but hotel is now looking dated. Room very good with excellent shower. Be warned the underground parking is very tight especially if you are not on the first floor. Would stay again if I was v traveling through royal. Excellent restaurant recommendation from receptionist , opposite ****** 2 minutes away from hotel.

Traditional hotel in ideal location facing beach. Hard to find as naming different in building vs website. bathrooms a little dated but very clean and worked well. excellent staff anticipated needs and especially accommodating bicycles.

A terrific hotel overlooking the sea. Excellent staff and a marvellous breakfast. Great location especially if you are travelling with a dog.Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Great atmosphere and very relaxing

C'était notre 3ème séjour dans ce charmant hôtel face à la Plage de Pontaillac et c'est toujours au top ! Le personnel est très très sympathique et accueillant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner, toujours très bien garni, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Et la salle du petit déjeuner avec vue magnifique sur la mer c'est génial ! Merci à tout le personnel.

L'accueil est chaleureux. L'hôtel est magnifique et les chambres sont propres. Le buffet à volonté pour le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Je le recommande. Merci à toute l'équipe. J'ai passé un agréable moment. Toute première fois que je vais à Royan et je garde un magnifique souvenir.

J'y ai séjourné pour un séminaire. Hôtel très agréable de grandes chambres avec une excellente literie. L'équipe qui nous a reçu était très attentionnée et a démontré un grand professionnalisme. Hôtel idéal pour un séminaire. C'était parfait!

Très bel hôtel et très propre. Excellent accueil. Chambre spacieuse (vue mer), grande salle de bain, literie de qualité. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux et la salle avec vue sur la mer est top ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir quand nous repasserons dans la région
