Saya merasa ini adalah salah satu hotel terbaik di Sapa, Vietnam. Letaknya di atas bukit, sehingga suasananya tenang. Namun, jaraknya berjalan kaki singkat ke pusat kota, jadi lokasinya sempurna.
Tidak hanya kamarnya tetapi juga spa dan layanan lainnya adalah yang terbaik. Jangan lewatkan toko indigo terlampir.
Ini adalah hotel tempat Anda harus menginap selama dana dan hari Anda memungkinkan.

Kami tiba lebih awal dari waktu pemesanan tetapi kamar sudah siap. Mereka mengizinkan kami check-in lebih awal secara gratis. Staf meja sambutan fasih berbahasa Inggris dan memberi kami sambutan yang sangat hangat. Suasana hotel seperti hotel taman di antara pemandangan gunung. Tidak jauh untuk berjalan kaki ke danau Sapa. Kereta juga tersedia berdasarkan permintaan. Pilihan hotel yang bagus di pusat kota.

I will start by saying the hotel is lovely and clean, staff are friendly, food is good, rooms are authentic and comfortable, particularly loved the big bath! The spa is a short walk up the hill, unfortunately it’s not as lovely as the hotel, pool wasn’t very warm, the walls are covered in condensation which is causing mould. Shower areas not particularly clean. I had an amazing massage upstairs which was clean and no mould as it looked like it had been freshly painted. The real downside is location. Yes it’s not in the centre of chaotic Sapa it’s just up a little hill, it over looks the town literally on top of it, the noise from our room was awful. When you read up on this place it describes lake view, well that’s the lake in the town, we had that view from entrance and it’s not pleasant! View from room isn’t quite as bad, lovely gardens but you also have building work, awful run down hotels. There’s constant noise I had a quieter room in Hanoi! If you want peace after a day of hiking this isn’t the spot.

We had checked in on 4th Dec on our visit to Sapa. The hotel is situated in a centrally located place. From the hotel there is a buggy service available which will drop you / pick up from a Center point (free of cost). From there the SAPA station is hardly a minutes walk. Hotel allows early check in. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff is extremely courteous. Special mention to both the staff (day/ night) at the reception. They converse very well in English as well. Overall would highly recommend the hotel. PS: For someone looking for Indian food, there is a restaurant close by to the hotel.

Really lovely traditional hotel. Great position in town, with fabulous views. Good choice of food for breakfast. The pool was always quiet when we used it and is a reasonable size. Good comfy bed and housekeeping visit every day if required. Would recommend ear plugs as the surrounding area can be noisy. Super friendly and helpful staff.
