We absolutely love this hotel. We have stayed several times since first discovering on TRIP.COM. We stay anytime we are visiting Frankenmuth, which is just 20 minutes away. The cost for q beautiful suite for a weekend is less than a room 1/2 the size in the town Frankenmuth.
The rooms are spacious and clean dnd the beds are comfy, the suites offer so much room with seperate sitting and sleeping areas. The frige and microwave are a great additions.
The staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is great with many offerrings.
There is a Meijer close by as well and many restraunts.
The pool is small, but the hot tub is a nice size.
Definately our go to when in the area. Never disappointed.

Staff was amazing! Hotel was clean. Breakfast was just ok on day they had egg sausage waffles yogurt next day was the same but with ham. The bad was the doors to the bathroom and the shower didnt shut. And the pool is extremely small like just the size of a big hottub. And it was freezing.

Our stay was comforted by lovely staff whom are very attentive and friendly. Having a newborn, they accommodated us in so many ways while the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I found the carpets in the stairwell and common areas needing cleaning while the doors slam really loud. Good thing they have an on fan system to create white noise for our newborn to sleep soundly through the bangs.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very nice. The only complaint is that the mattress was very hard. However, we would choose this hotel again.

This property was far below my standards for the cost. The hot tub was filthy. There was a line of dirt on my daughter’s shoulders after getting out of the hot tub. Also almost no towels in the pool area and those that were provided were very small. There were two treadmills and one was out of order. There were no sanitation wipes to clean the fitness equipment after being used. There were literally three bags of chips in their little “store” in the lobby where you could purchase late night snacks. There were five people in the room that were accounted for in the reservation but only three large bath towels. Overall, would not stay here again.

This is a great place for a weekend shopping getaway. Our room was ideal for a group of 4. Loved the shower being separate from the bathroom--makes getting ready much easier. Good area, friendly staff as well.
Our only complaint (and it is minor) is that our room was incredibly dry. Not sure if that has to do with the need for heat, but humidity in room was quite low. We would wake up wanting water and static was certainly high.
Opening the window overnight did not seem ti make a difference. As I say, minor.

The hotel was great except for the pull out bed in thr couch. The mattress had lots of stains and some looked like blood. Pool was great.
