Feral children running underfoot at all hours in the breakfast room and most of the premises, tea provided in the room but no coffee permitted on site, they say. Ill-informed staff who do not know the status of shops in St Moritz or direct you to the correct side of the building you are staying in. Abysmal, really, so my three stars are purely for the guys operating the minibus shuttle. They need to get everyone's bonus this year, as all the rest deserve to be let go.
