For a very convenient airport stay in St Thomas, this was very good. Literally a short walk from baggage claim to the hotel. Right off the runway. On the bay. Room was nice. AC worked fine. We had a nice bay front room with a deck looking out over the water. The check in was easy and helpful young lady calling to help us get water ferry info for trip to Tortola the next day. We took a walk to another nicer property along the bay for dinner as they had more to offer food and drink wise. Would stay here again and recommend it for short stays.

Lindbergh is walkable to and from the airport. No flexibility about checking in before 4 pm, but we could store our luggage, change clothes and walk to Emerald Bay for lunch and the beach. Room 206 was clean- no noticeable bugs as past reviews commented. No restaurant on site, the automatic door to the lobby is still not working and we were able to get 4 channels on the TV- all very snowy. When I called the front desk- on my cell phone, no phone in the room- there was no answer and no way to leave a message.
Awfully expensive for two double beds.
On a plus, the balcony facing the water was nice.

Absolutely no dining on property so taxi required to get to dining. Properties you book for should be required to provide a heads up when maintenance issues come up that make it impossible to provide a necessary service. I would like to be compensated for this inconvenience & for the added taxi fees I incurred for this lack of communication & because they didnt have a shuttle to a nearby property as they communicated at check-in. It's awful to be stuck at a property without services especially when the reason this property selected was proximity to airport & food on-site.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite. What my issue was food the kitchen dont open until 2 pm and closes at 9 pm to have breakfast you have to go to another hotel . Which was not told or advertised when booking this hotel.
They don't give you a shuttle to go to the next hotel so you either have to walk near the highway are or spend almost 10 dollars going and coming to eat.

I got nervous about my booking after reading some bad reviews. Let me assure you…the room was very clean, the front desk staff helpful and friendly! We walked from the airport and got a cab in two minutes to take us to the ferry to St. John the next morning.

Staff was fantastic and food everything was great the bartenders were fun and informative property was beautiful view I would recommend the villas the views are amazing. Great location from airport to resort beautiful beach right across from property sister location
