Attention to detail is not a strong suit of the housekeeping staff. There was trash and crumbs in the corners and under the desk, and although the washcloth and hand towel were neatly folded, there was a dark, short, and curly hair on the washcloth.

We thought the stay was a good value. Room was clean.
The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.
The free breakfast was a bit lacking. There could have been maybe some yogurt offered. Really no protein offerings. But there is a Denny's adjacent with the hotel offering a 10% discount at Denny's as well as the adjacent Pizza shop. We'd stay there again.

Leakage/puddle on the floor due to gap around shower door. Carpet poorly vacuumed all along the walls. My stay
there was not worth my money. I will not return.

Building needs renovations. Hallways are dark, carpet needed cleaning. Room was small and smelled of mold/mildew. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The other hotels in the area where I would typically stay were fully booked or crazy expensive.

We arrived in the PM ... the initial room was dirty and the bathroom smelled of urine ... we were given a second room and again, the bathroom smelled of urine ... upon looking at a third, that room wasn't even cleaned. We were able to get a no-penalty cancellation (per the on-duty clerk) and found a nice room in a hotel less than a half mile away.

My bathroom and room was not cleaned. I asked the front desk for my room to be cleaned again and was advised that the cleaning person left again.

The employees are the only good thing about this hotel.
I do not understand how it is so highly rated. I only wanted one thing - clean room. I got exactly the opposite of it.
The blankets were dirty (we ended up using sheets only), the mirror was all smudged, the rug was disgusting. My little one played barefoot for 30mins and his feet were literally black from the dirt. I even took a photo. I was in disbelief.
The pool was dirty, the cleaning system/filter was not working.
The laundry did not work.
Breakfast had very limited options. Some danish, bagels with butter/cream cheese and cereals. We made our own breakfast, so not that important.
The employees were kind, but that didn’t compensate for the extremely dirty room.
Overall, a great disappointment.
