A&o Salzburg Hauptbahnhof

Dapurnya sangat kecil dan terbatas dengan hanya satu kompor konsepsi, microwave, dan lemari es. Tidak mungkin memasak makanan atau bahkan menyiapkan sarapan yang layak. Kamar tidak memiliki kipas angin atau AC dan di musim panas dengan 6 orang di dalam kamar menjadi sangat pengap.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were kind and helpful. However do note that there is no luggage storage and you have to pay for a locker if you want to store your luggage.

Our stay at A & O Hotel in Salzburg was excellent. As first-time guests, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, modernity, and comfort of the accommodations. The room provided ample space, allowing us to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of the hotel is its prime location, just a short 5-minute walk to the central train station. This convenience made it effortless for us to travel to and from the hotel, allowing us to make the most of our time in Salzburg. Additionally, having a shopping mall next to the hotel was a convenient bonus, providing easy access to amenities and dining options. Overall, our experience at A & O Hotel was highly satisfactory. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location made for a pleasant stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg for a memorable and enjoyable accommodation experience.

Overall the place was good just no free parking provided. Had to find ourselves.

Pretty good value for money. Very good location. Train station just around the corner. The attached photo is the street next to the hostel. Shows how convenient it is. Good common area. Would have been better if there was free air conditioning. But the price was super good, can't ask for more.

I would not suggest this hotel to anyone because the amenities were not satisfactory. When we entered the room, it smelled awful, and the bedding smelled fishy. Breakfast options were limited, and the majority of the things had already been consumed.Overall a bad experience.

If would have give a 0 star in service if the app allows me to do so. The entire check in process took me at least 1 hour. Horrible experience. If you have no choice but to stay here, try to check in in the afternoon before 2000. Or else you will have terrible experience just like me. The lady in the reception told me to wait until she finish closing the bar counter which took forever. While I was obviously patiently waiting for her the whole time, she go help other latecomers to do the check in first. The lady seems don’t have much experience in her job which I don’t understand why the hostel would not allocate more human resources in the front desk. She is incapable of her job and also rude to customers. I also try to get in total 3 room keys so my frds and I can have one each which I feel like is a normal request. But the staff seems reluctant to do so. Tho he eventually gave me the key cards but 2 of them didn’t actually work. Moreover, they don’t seem to have a system that indicate how occupied a room is. So you can always see customers go in and out of a room and getting back to the reception as the room they have allocated to us have no space left for the newcomers. Overall terrible check in process at night. But I think the staff in the afternoon are fine.
