Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!

The pool was closed the restraunt was closed parking was $35 a day. The room was not worth what I paid, paid 120 for one night plus the 35 for parking. Vallet guys were awesome though and the lady at the bar was awesome as well the front desk ladies were okay didn’t really explain anything to you. Just went to get away for a day and experience the river walk Alamo and the zoo did it all in one day.

We chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

The Hotel was conveniently located. The lobby was nice and we were greeted well. This is an older property. The rooms and hallways need updating. The hallway carpets were staind. Our room had a funky film on the floor. Not sure what was used to clean it. Overall this is an average hotel property, at best. I expected it to be a little nicer for the price.

The room was way more than expected, the bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the room ac even though the thermostat was 68 the room felt warmer. Overall the staff and hotel itself was worth it.

This property is in need of a make over and a good cleaning of the common areas. The toilet in our room was not completely bolted down. The bathtub was rusted and the bathroom needed a good coat of paint. The elevator was filthy. The bed, however, was comfortable.

Overall, the hotel is satisfactory, but the restrooms are notably outdated, and despite cleanliness efforts, they appear dirty due to lingering stains. Additionally, the carpets are visibly worn and stained. It appears that the owners may have simply repainted the property and updated the lobby and beds without addressing other areas needing renovation.
