Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!

The pool was closed the restraunt was closed parking was $35 a day. The room was not worth what I paid, paid 120 for one night plus the 35 for parking. Vallet guys were awesome though and the lady at the bar was awesome as well the front desk ladies were okay didn’t really explain anything to you. Just went to get away for a day and experience the river walk Alamo and the zoo did it all in one day.

We chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

Property is not being kept up. Carpet is old and looks dirty. Everything just looks worn. My room was clean. Just not what I expected.

The staff at the hotel was the nicest staff I’ve ever had in any hotel I’ve stayed in!
The lobby and lounge were great.
Access to Riverwalk perfect.
Quiet at night
Nice little pool area.
Rooms were clean and up to date
On-site coffee shop outstanding!!! Excellent coffee!
On-site restaurant had great food
Close to everything!

Bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Rooms were plain and small. Dining was not good, especially for the pricing. Will definitely stay elsewhere.

Stay before. This is our 2nd stay. Tub drain plugged wouldn't stay up and tub dripped. Overall liked our our stay.

Best pillows ever! This is an overall good hotel. I dont like that breakfast is not included and that parking is $37 on top of room rate. The coffee shop os very basic but the hotel is near the Villita area, where you can find a nice coffee place.

You might want to consider microwaves in rooms. I haven’t been to hotel in a long time that didn’t have one. Great overall stay.
