Checkin went well, nice location but the staff is questionable about their responses to my questions. The internet was very weak in my room so I asked about it. They said they will reset the router. But at no time did I lose internet during the reset process…..jus weak as usual. I ask again the next day and the staff told me they will call the tech guy. Needless to say nothing changed. On checkin, staff gave me a drink voucher. I din’t request my drink until the evening of the 2nd night. They told me the bar staff was not in or already left for the evening. I asked again on Day 3 at 1:14 pm. Staff said the bar staff doesn’t arrive until 7pm.

Clean, not outdated but not fancy either. The services was great, our tour included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great although same options every day. Dinner was outstanding. Great personnel, much appreciated. Restroom in the room was on the smaller size. Bed was comfortable. I also used the massage services, it was a great a massage after a day of skiing, the masseuse focused on the usual skiers pain points. 10/10.

We wanted a place to stay between dropping off our hire car (Hertz office is very close) and getting the coach to Chile (a short bus ride to the coach terminal). This worked well and the price was reasonable, considering Bariloche is very expensive. The lobby was pleasant, but rooms were small and tired with no air conditioning. Breakfast was standard continental.

La ubicación perfecta, súper limpio, la habitación muy cómoda para dos.Lo único que el frigobar era chico y no enfriaba mucho.El desayuno era adecuado y si bien no tenía restaurante te ofrecían cenar en el hotel de enfrente, a precio muy conveniente el menú. Por 22000 argentinos comimos los dos el menú del hotel, con entrada,plato principal,bebida y postre. Fuimos en semana santa y nos alojamos en el tercer piso. Yo volvería sin problema.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones confortables y el desayuno super completo, no le faltaba nada. La atención de todo el personal impecable muy amables y a disposición del pasajero. Lo recomiendo 100% Cuando regrese a Bariloche seguramente lo elegiré. Gracias x todo.

Nos alojamos 2 parejas en junio de 2023. En general la experiencia fue REGULAR. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a pasos de restaurantes, tiendas, etc, ideal para quien visita la ciudad sin conocerla. En cuanto al Hotel mismo se aprecia una falta de mantencion en cuanto a pintura y mobiliario; infraestructura desactualizada. La habitación cómoda, limpia, pero también con falta de mantencion. El desayuno bueno si bien muy controlado en cuanto a lo que uno podía servirse (uno le tiene que pedir al personal lo que desea y son ellos quienes le sirven el alimento del mismo buffet en la cantidad que estiman conveniente). Me imagino que esa dinámica es para controlar gastos; nunca la había visto. Otra cosa que nos llamo la atención era que tenían un cupo para cenar en el restaurant: pasado ese cupo te decían que no podías cenar (RARO NO ??). El proceso de check in y check out fue rápido.

Pésimo, el peor hotel en el que he estado. Si bien está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son pequeñas, antiguas, no tienen ni siquiera lámpara de noche. Se me extravió la tarjeta de entrada y me la cobraron. Hotel que no alcanza ni para 2 estrellas. Desayuno precario, comida avinagrada. Ideal para gente que no esté acostumbrada a buenos hoteles.

Estuve 6 noches hospedada en el hotel. En rangos generales todo muy bueno, desde la recepción hasta los mozos, no tengo nada q decir de ellos al contrario, siempre muy amables y excelente atención. El desayuno muy bueno, tienen de todo, desde diferentes panes, medialunas, chipa, frutas, yogoures, fiambres, huevo revuelto, panceta, tortas (pasta frola, brownies, entre otros segun el dia), tambien encontre torta frita y libritos. Para tomar, cafe, leche, agua caliente. Lo unico negativo que a veces no hay suficiente lugar en el comedor para desayunar, y terminar desayunando en la barra o en el hall, pero siempre la atencion es muy buena. Respecto a la habitación, mi habitacion era muy linda, pero los muebles tenian algunos detalles (estaban dañados), como tambien el baño tenian otros detalles (adjunto fotos). Luego, el WIFI algunos dias no llegaba hasta el 7to piso, pero en la recepcion siempre funcionaba. La limpieza del hotel y de la habitacion son un 10. Por ultimo el SPA, yo queria contratar una sesion de masajes, y cuando averigue me dijeron que se dan de un dia para el otro, y solo habia 2 turnos disponibles que eran por la mañana cuando uno sale hacer excursiones.

Le doy dos estrellas solamente por el desayuno que rico y abundante. El hotel se encuentra en mal estado. El baño de la habitación es pequeño, pisos y paredes rotas. Jacuzzi te dan 30 minutos nomas y con agua fría que te dicen q no te pueden regular. Ducha escosa rota. Cama incómoda. La ubicación es buena! En pleno centro, pero hay muchas letras opciones por alli.
