The rooms have been renovated are are bright and comfortable. The TV viewing selection is minimal and the 'new' TV remote is not user friendly.
The Breakfast has been downgraded severely to a cold basic breakfast of basic kids' cereals, Bagels and muffins.
The Hot Breakfast previously offered by the previous Best Western Hotel has been eliminated. These are all negatives!

Most of the staff was wonderful especially the young lady in the evening.We have been staying here for 3 years when it was Best Western Plus. The new decor and the bagel bar are improvements.We were very disappointed that the poolside games has been removed and that the bar was under construction (understandable) as these are two of the reasons we decided to come back after staying in Nokomis last year.There is no longer a gym on the premises but the hotel did compensate us which spoke to their good customer service

I’ve been repeat customer since 2005. Always had great stays until this time. Bathroom was dirty.ld urine all over the base of toilet. Drain clogged in shower. They moved me to another room which was fine. Housekeeping was terrible. They left my dirty towels on floor. Didn’t empty garbages. Didn’t replenish soap or drinking cups. They used to offer hot breakfast but now its stale bagels and cold coffee. Overall very disappointing. I wont likely return

We have previously stayed here before the transition to Spark. Same great staff. Super Friendly and helpful when the air didn’t work in our room. They happily changed our rooms for us. Just miss the breakfast they used to do. I’d see if they had a restaurant on property they didn’t want to take from. There is no other breakfast spot within walking distance. But the bagels were nice. Just giving a small opinion. Thank you for the great stay

When I booked the room it was a Best Western Plus hotel. When I arrived I discovered it was now a Spark by Hilton hotel. The difference is that they no longer served a hot breakfast (eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc ...) and only served bagels, yogurt, muffins and fruit. I was very disappointed and felt that the price I paid should have included what i had expected. I felt swindled

It is a property in transition and it shows. Free Breakfast wash a bagel and coffee or tea. Construction seems to be going on, but we were there over the weekend so there was no noise issues. Room was only fair. Staff was very helpful and nice to deal with.
