The hospitality was superb, every staff here is very polite and nice, they were able to help us with every aspect before our ask. There was Amit V(the tall guy) and Naphi showed tremoundes customer service skills, appreciate how they waited on the tables, they should be given a raise..cheers !! Just a small suggestion, your cutlery is way too heavy in comparison with plates and bowls leads to occasional spills

We had a good time in Vivanta, Shillong. Good food and vibes, specially the breakfast spread prepared by chef Babalu. Must visit and perfect stay for holidays, location is perfect specially when you are visiting with kids. Hospitality was amazing. No open space for walk or spend time though.

Very good service as always from Taj group. The staffs are very courteous. The breakfast spread was also extremely good. They also have good Ala carte menu. The service is pretty quick. The location is perfect as it is in the midst of market area. Will highly recommend staying here.

The Vivanta is a place not only for a great and comfy stay but also a great food. I stayed in Vivanta for a couple of days. The food prepared by mr. Bablu Ganesh and mr. Rajesh was out of this world. Starting a day with a delicious and healthy breakfast makes your day. Also i would like to mention great hospitality by miss rapmika. Thanks guys for making so much effort to make our day.

Clean property though located on a crowded and congested area, very friendly staff always eager to help guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Dinner and breakfast spreads were superb. I would specially mention always smiling and hardworking Rapmica who was always ready to help and Rajesh, very polite, helped us throughout our stay.

We had a pleasant stay, hospitality was very good. Especially Staffs are very friendly and rajesh is nice speaking person. There were ***y varieties in breakfast and baby friendly food. Rapmica helped us lot in getting baby food. Thanks all.
