Good variety of food. Highlight : Very good housekeeping. Pavitra from the staff took exceptional care of the room during our stay. Wonderful !!! Good location and service Highly recommend this place to everyone who wish to travel to this hotel

1st time came to Polo Tower for Shillong.. Experience is really heart touching. Room was so clean and staff are so friendly. Special Sanjiv having great welcoming nature . Rate is very regionable as per Hotel Overview. will surely recommend everyone to come to this Hotel. If I talk about food part is really healthy and hygiene.

Me and my friends stayed here for 4-5 nights. Its a very clean and tidy hotel with extremely helpful staff. Special thanks to Ms Meda who was very kind and made sure that our stay was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Hotel Polo Towers to everyone.

Fantastic service. Everything was perfect Starting from check-in to checkout it was up to the mark. The rooms were clean and even the room service was on the time. The buffet in the Ginger was great and the food was good. Thankyou to all the staffs and a personal thanks to Mr. Sanjib for the wonderful service

Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. Centrally located. The staff was very polite and courteous. I would like to mention about the front desk staff Meda - who quickly gave us the room and also upgraded it to boutique room. She explained everything very nicely. The food was great. Overall had a pleasant stay!

Excellent place to stay while in Shillong. Very courteous staff who are ever willing to help and guide you…whatever be your queries. The food at Ginger restaurant is awesome…. The ambience at the hotel is also good. Special thanks to Ms Doris at the reception who patiently explained to us the places to visit while in Shillong. Overall, a splendid experience…sure to visit the place again and stay at Hotel Polo Tower.

So l went to this hotel nice view it looks like centre in the mountain, very nice behaviour of the staff some of them like Mr. Shuvojit very good person. House keeping service is impeccable.food is delicious.so far one of the best place visited in shillong....
