It is a nice place to stay in Shillong.Especially Meda is a pleasant and amicable support who guides you through and sorts everything for you.She made my stay even more comfortable. Not only is she skillful, but her charming smile is her USP.

We had an excellent experience throughout our stay here. Mr. Pavitra in charge of housekeeping did a phenomenal work. The complimentary breakfast was the standout I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay in shillong.

We have came from Ahmedabad . Te hotel has a great destination It was a great experience. They gave us best service . Fully satisfied. Food was excellent. Pabitra gave us best housekeeping service . Everything was clean and l am fully satisfied with it . I would refer others to come here .

It was the good stay at this hotel. Staff is also very helpful and the room are also very clean. The housekeeping service is also very good . Pavitra had given us a very good Service The restaurant food is also good in taste. They have multicusine restaurants as well.

The service is great and the staff is very helpful. The house keeper Pabitra is one the best workers I have met the in hotel . Food was great but the food was little expensive. The washroom was neat and clean and the staff was very cooperative ....

Perfectly Clean and comfortable . Hotel staff could provide better & fast services. Pavitra , a housekeeping staff member , has good communication skill . The rooms here are clean but could do better in creating hygienic bathroom . it was a good stay at POLO TOWERS

Really good and quick service and sweet staff at Polo Towers. Enjoyed the food a lot as well. The rooms are clean as well. The door keys are a little difficult to open. Pavitra and Subhojit from housekeeping were really sweet and helpful toooo.
