The hotel is nothing like the pictures. No microwave or refrigerators in the rooms. Hallway stinks of smoke. Found roach in my bed when I got up. No towels.

Nasty bugs everywhere running wtr filthy ass place no SECURITY locks on door people walking thru that dont stay there JUST ****ING FILTHY

下午5點多到，晚上7點左右才入住。浴巾等一條沒有，全部設施不是壞的，就是特別陳舊破爛。此次來美國自駕遊一個多月，這是最差的旅館，價錢則是最貴的。沒有之一。 附廁所的門。關不上，且極破爛。

很少差評一個酒店，但這次例外。酒店沒有房卡，環境很差，房間內床上用品臟，淋浴沒有熱水，根本就沒法住。最不能忍的是房間門不能反鎖，讓人很沒有安全感。我是因為趕路太晚就訂了，建議大家不要選此酒店，會讓你失望透頂

Arrived at the location there were several vagrants Milling about in the parking lot and the street leading to the property. As soon as I pulled into my parking spot I was approached by a man asking for money the area was dark and I did not feel safe so I left and spent the night in my car in a gas station parking lot. The general manager refused to refund my my money. I will be sure to let everyone know to not stay at that location

This place was so filthy. Bed bugs and tweakers. The ceiling is caving in, my room was unclean and when I called for a new room they hung up on me

If i could give this place a -10, I would. The bed had noticeably dirty linen. I slept on a small blanket I brought from home. Roaches crawling. How could i forget the almost 3 hour power outage. Random people hanging around. I didn't feel safe to leave at night so I left as soon as I saw daylight. Horrible experience.

When we checked in to our room it had two double beds not the king we picked. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke, ashes were in the mini fridge, no lampshades, and no smoke detectors or fire alarm beeper (it was disassembled). We went back to the front desk and she took us to a room with a king bed. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, couldn’t open the microwave because the handle was broken, all mirrors were hazy ( not cleaned in months), a open beer was in the refrigerator, ac/heat didn’t work, no lampshades again, bathroom counter and sink wasn’t clean, tub had black mold all around it, and all safety equipment was disabled. When we first pulled up we thought it was closed. There were no lights on anywhere outside the building and very little inside. The place looks like it hasn’t been in any good condition in several years. The website pictures are probably from when it first opened. The walls and ceilings had peeling paint and stains, sockets missing light bulbs, 2x4 holding up bathroom sink/counter, the mini fridge was being used as giant ashtray. Because it was late at night and a storm was going on outside with tornadoes, we stayed and slept fully clothed. The hotel looked like it was ready for demolition. We feel we fell for a bait and switch based on pictures of the place when the reservation was made and had decent reviews (probably very old). What really makes me mad is I used award dollars on an apocalyptic, unsafe and filthy hotel. I want my money back!

The pictures are nothing like the hotel— whatsoever! The place is run down and looks disreputable. Comparatively it’s a halfway house. The receptionist was pleasant, but there were two other women at the counter cussing about some interactions with other people at the hotel during my entire check in process. I could not tell who worked at the “hotel” in all honesty. Although I had my doubts about the place after looking at the outside of the place and after walking in the lobby— I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt, thinking the room would give some solace. I made the drive from california and honestly just wanted to lay my head on a bed. After I checked in a began walking down the hallway— I knew I made a bad decision, but proceeded to the room regardless. I went into my room I thought a random man was in the bathroom. Thinking I miss heard the room number, I went back to check with the front desk. To my surprise the man in the room was indeed it was an employee! He just looked with a young man in street clothes with headphones standing in the room. Still I went back to the room after checking with the front desk. He looked annoyed as he invited me in a room to wet floors and a single pillow on a king sized bed. He remained in the room cleaning the bathroom when I came in. I took one look at the room did an about face and said I wouldn’t be staying there that night. Unfortunately I could not get a refund for the room and sat in a parking lot looking for another
