Dirty and old room with lots of mosquitoes in the room. Slow service, called the front desk many times. Worst experience was the Christmas party where they were blasting the music until 1am in the morning. Our room is 10m away from the DJ and our kids couldn’t fall asleep until the middle of the night.

Excellent stay that was. Had many options to enjoy. The villa was exceptional, because it gives enough space and a calm environment. Staff members were really helpful and friendly. If someone is looking for a peaceful stay, this would be ideal place to look for.

the hotel is superb, very well located near the tourist attractions. located in an oasis of peace sorrounded with mango trees. in the morning you wake up with the song of the birds, and the jumping from one tree to another of the goofy and the lovely squirrels. very good food, both local and international. very nice staff.

Helpful staff, grounds and facilities lovely. WiFi not good though if you need to do more than check e-mails. Breakfast , everything you could want but evening buffet very basic and as there are a lot of big tour groups not a great place to eat.

This property is the same as 'Sigiriana Resort by Thilanka'. The staff were warm and hospitable. Room was spacious and had a nice view of the garden from the balcony. Food was average and can definitely be better. Was disappointed to see no vegetarian desserts (other than papaya, watermelon & guava) & when I pointed this to the chef, he was kind enough to arrange something for me - a mango : ) The pool, as mentioned by several others, is the highlight.

Everything perfect - staff service, food, facilities, massage, rooms comfort. Looking forward to come back. I definitely recommend this place for a solo couple or family staying in Dambulla area. Loved it!

nice location with mango trees , Luxury villa look great and value for money. Team very helpful and provide good service and privacy. Food was good and They able to provide according to our dietary. spa treatments can satisfied. how ever spa need improvement.

Checked in for a night at “Sigiriana Resort By Thilanka”. The Lobby is spacious and we were welcomed with a delicious welcome drink The Villa we occupied was spacious, clean and temperature regulated. The Air Conditioning and ceiling fan functioned very well, providing us with the ultimate comfort. The Food is excellent and the Buffet contains a very good variety and is replenished promptly. We enjoyed two Buffet meals (Dinner and Breakfast) where food was catered to all palates. The Dinning area has a beautiful view of the surrounding paddy fields and mountains/rocks. The large garden is very well maintained and contains a wide variety of fruits, flora and fauna. It is a perfect location for Bird Watchers!! Special mention must be made of Mr. Vasanatha Randunuge (General Manager) who went an extra mile to make our stay a very memorable one. His customer service skills are excellent. The Reception staff, support staff and servers are all cordial and attentive to customer requirements. Overall we would highly recommend this Hotel.
