This hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The mattress wasn’t hard, as they are in many hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Service desk not friendly or helpful at check in. Give us the keys to the room but did not mention anything else. We had to look for the room. Stopped by the front desk later that evening to ask where the ice maker was, the lady said it's by the elevators. I did not know where the elevators located, so I had to ask for the directions to the elevators, she was not happy that I bothered her.

It took us an hour to check in due to a mistake made by *******. That was a huge hassle! Then we couldn’t get it warm in the room and it was really loud from road noise. Turns out the window was opened about 2 inches. We couldn’t get it closed. It took two of us to hold it closed and lock it. Overall experience wasn’t bad. But I’m still upset about taking forever to check in
