We booked two days but had to leave after one. No fault of the hotel.
The staff was great and accommodating. The room was clean and nice but needs remodeled, there were old mounts on the wall, while removed and patched, hadn't been repainted, also had parts of the wall were paint had worn thru from chairs and tables being against it. Water pressure for the in-room spa was really low and took a very long time to fill, close to a hour I think. Definitely not what we expected for the price.

First, the down sides. I did not find the mattress to be comfortable (kind of firm and springy). The bed and spa are a small step up from the rest of the room. That's fine, but they have a safety light so that people do not trip. Also there was another light in the room that I did not know how to turn off. I need darkness to sleep, so these things made it more difficult. Also I found the room to be quite noisy with machine sounds. I think the heating system, and maybe I was near a laundry?
On the up side, it's a very reasonable price and the jacuzzi tub is nice. I also appreciated having a microwave, coffee, and small fridge in the room. I found it to be quite clean overall. The bedding was very clean, and the down comforter was luxurious and warm. It's close to Heavenly, the ******s, and restaurants and shops, so convenience is also good here.

This is my second stat at the Postmarc and overall it was a good stay. The room was very comfy and clean. The night staff who checked us in though was not friendly and honestly seemed "off". I had to pointedly tell him we were checking in, because he just silently stared at us as we waited at the counter. When he asked where I parked, and I told him just out front in the handicap space, he went into a long spill about how those spots are only for people who absolutely need it. I assured him we had a handicap placard. It felt very accusatory, just because a person doesn't appear handicapped, doesn't mean they aren't. It also doesn't give you a right to question them. Suffice to say I was not impressed with this member of the staff. Everyone else though was EXTREMELY nice and the stay was wonderful. I would still recommend this place.

Great stay overall, the staff was courteous and check-in was a breeze. The rooms are nice, good size and nice layout. The furniture seems a bit outdated and the rooms could use some TLC, nightstands seemed to have some water damage or normal wear and tear, the wall in our restroom seemed to have been repaired but it was a poor job (very noticeable), and the carpets could use a deep cleaning. Our night was quiet and we were able to do a late check-out the following day (we also checked in early about an hour the previous day).
