房間清潔，設備齊全，員工服務態度好，15分鐘步行可到火車站，早餐很好，只是份量少了點，不過mini bar及雪櫃的東西可任食

Myself and my partner recently got married and chose to stay at this incredible hotel and we are so glad we did! Check in was smooth with attentive staff catering to our every need. The room was immaculate with every room having a different themed interior. I have stayed in many hotels here in the UK and abroad and this is up there as one of the best. The attention to detail and the feeling of pure luxury was second to none. The dressing gowns are literally insane and the free refreshments and snacks in the room are a great touch. The staff knew it was our wedding night and decorated the room on our return which made it that extra special. So, if you’re ever in Southampton and want a bit of luxury don’t miss out on staying here - you won’t regret it!

Very nice well appointed hotel with excellent staff. Would highly recommend for that special stay. Everything you need for a luxury stay with added touch of snack and drink in the room free of charge ,lovely continental breakfast and good selection of tea and coffee

Lovely little boutique hotel. Only small but lovely decor - very well appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast in your room delivered punctually. Mini bar with goodies included in room rate. Bathroom with good shower Very clean

The experience at this hotel was outstanding. It provided comprehensive amenities and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, the beds extremely comfortable, and the bathroom elegantly designed, making our stay highly satisfying. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as it offers a central location and parking directly outside. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, and we lacked nothing during our stay.

Such a lovely stay at the No.4 Carlton Hotel, I can’t recommend it enough!! Friendly and attentive staff, especially Michelle, who checked us in and made sure we had everything we need throughout the stay. Each room has its own style and are all super clean and comfy, the Chris**as decorations made it extra special at this time of year too - I’ll certainly be back!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, the decor, ambience and attention to detail are exemplary! My wife even went so far as to say it the best Hotel she has ever stayed in and I can definitely say the bed is the comfiest ever!! Simply outstanding and we will definitely be back!!
