Costumer service was terrible. When we arrived we were checked into a room that already had guest staying in it. We were then checked into a different room, but was a room with one queen bed and not a room with two beds as we had booked. Also, when we got to the room, the door was open. While this is not a big deal, it was unusual and off putting. With no other option, we requested a cot. When the cot arrived, we asked the employee if he would mind taking the dolly we had used downstairs with him. He replied saying that he could because his phone was almost dead leaving him with nothing better to do.
