We booked 2 room for our employees that worked in the area. At arrival the reception refused to give our people access to the hotel, because they wore working close! These guys are polite and friendly, skilled workers, they worked from 07-23:00 this day, I never experienced so poor service in my life, the rooms where prepaid by our office!. In the end, the guys got rooms in the hotel on the other side of the street (Stord hotell), they gave our guys a room, and send the invoice, without any problems.

Was a very wet day so arrived early and though room wasnt ready for checkin was made to feel very welcome and invited to sit down in lounge area and was offered a fresh coffee The room was spacious as was the bathroom
All the shops and restaurants seemed to be shut as Public holiday so we were very appreciative of the complimentary Cold supper (Cheese, meats, bread etc) Stsaff super friendly Would highly recommend

Very pleased in every aspect. A bit skeptical reading some reviews but our experience was 100 % satisfied. Rooms spotless, linens clean, real black out curtains! The evening meal which was included in the room price consisted of cold cuts, varied salads ( ie egg salad and, beet salad, herring,….plus ham, salami, cheese with various breads/warm rolls) also available were juices and cereals. One could order from the bar various wine, beer or alcohol. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, bathroom spotless and heated floors, exercise facilities as well as ironing board and iron available. Laundry possible as well.

Hotelli oli muuten hyvä mutta huone tosi huono, televisio oli irtoamassa seinästä niin ei voinut telinettä taittaa ulos koska olisi irronnut,
Vessassa oli paljon karvoja ja sänky oli ihan sika pölynen.
Pyyhettä ei huoneessa ollut lainkaan.

Dette hotellet anbefales! Vi bruker det når vi er i området, på familiebesøk. Gratis/inkludert kveldsmat og frokost. Vi ble oppgradert til større rom, uten kostnad. Barnet på 22 mnd. fikk gjentatte ganger oppskjært vannmelon, servert av hotellsjefen. Gratis og moderne treningsrom. Godt renhold. Inkludert parkering utafor døra. Hit kommer vi igjen - fantastisk service!
