定的雖然是雙人房，但是實際會有另一張小床，浴室很大很乾凈，而且熱水毛巾洗浴用品充足，環境很安靜，房間也不潮，床單被罩都很乾凈。另外，服務也很好，儘管就我一個人，也讓我參加了火山之旅，還會提前詢問晚回是否要提前訂餐。主要蚊蟲很少，而且早餐有水果，如果再去，一定再次入住。

時隔七年第二次入住 我沒住過tanna島別的酒店 單從島上經濟水平來講這應該算是最好的了 不太好的地方也跟島上補給困難有關係 早餐很單調衹有麥片麪包這些 午餐晚餐大概衹有兩三道菜可選 房間也不送礦泉水 酒店周圍沒有超市 建議來之前帶些泡麪水之類的補給 服務不太滿意的地方是酒店可以想辦法跟機場協調 因為這個地方航班基本不會準時 酒店到機場開車也就五六分鐘 如果能協調好 就不會在機場因為延誤耽誤太多時間

完美！ 酒店服務員都特別友好。服務極佳。 大廚非常厲害！

一切都很好

Fantastic ocean views and stunning setting. Perfect for watching the sun set over the ocean. The resort has a grand entrance with plenty of ornate structures reflecting the unique culture and well kept greenery. The main building was nice to hang out in. The bar options were good, a happy hour, nice food options all round, a continental breakfast also. The 'bure' accommodation was brilliant, all cozy and fine. There was a fan instead of air conditioning. The ground facilities were great, lots of minor activities to dabble in (golf, volleyball etc). Easy walking distance to snorkeling spots within the lagoon and on the outside of the reef. Transfers to the airport are available if you don't mind being dropped off super-early. Tour options are excellent. The Mount Yasur volcano tour is amazing, as well as the Blue Cave. A few minor worries about whether tours would go ahead due to weather conditions, but Mother Nature is in charge of that and was nice on the day. Some staff were highly attentive going over-and-above while others were happy for guests to pepper them with questions than providing a more proactive interaction. All services were punctual. The resort was child-friendly, offering babysitting whilst parents snorkeled. As a *** couple, we were treated like everyone else by guests and staff alike. We felt safe and welcome throughout. No issues whatsoever.

An excellent hotel and resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the setting would be hard to surpass. The accommodation huts were clean, spacious with a nice area to sit outside and watch the sea.. They arrange a variety of excursions, if you are travelling on your own be mindful they require a minimum of two people to run an excursion, so it's best to plan and pay for which excursions you want to do when you arrive rather than in advance.

Beautiful ocean and garden views, spacious and clean Bure with a fan, excellent food (rock lobster sooooo yummy). Tours were great (Blue Cave and Volcano), as well as the staff members who took us. The only hiccup was when they double-charged us. When we pointed it out to them, White Grass refunded rather quickly, however only the raw amount. We were at a substantial loss to bank charges , foreign transaction fees and exchange rate fluctuations. To their credit, White Grass compensated our loss after we explained the situation. The resort really deserves a Five Star had this mistake hadn't taken place.
