Pengalaman hotel terburuk yang pernah saya tinggali. Hotel ini sangat tua dan sangat kotor. Meskipun saya menggantung kartu pembersih, mereka tidak mengganti sprei yang bernoda selama 3 hari. Ada rambut dari tamu sebelumnya di kamar mandi dan di tempat lain. Itu debu di mana-mana. Sarapan sangat buruk. Harapan saya dari hotel hanya tempat tidur dan kamar mandi yang bersih, sangat kotor. Saya pasti tidak merekomendasikannya kepada siapa pun.

First of all, I don’t know where the positive ratings came from.
-The hygiene is questionable as there’s foul smell oozing from the toilet which can’t flush properly.
-no change of bed sheets when I checked in. I noticed that there’s some black dirts from the previous customer so I had to call the reception to change my bedsheets. Ewww
-there’s dust everywhere in the room
-the shower gel and hand wash would make you want to vomit as it looks dirt cheap
-NO HOT WATER in the shower so I had cold shower every day when it’s 6 degrees outside
-you just don’t wanna touch the things in the room as everything is falling apart
I would avoid this hotel at all costs
The only good thing about the hotel is their staff as they are friendly and helpful.

This is kinda old hotel and you would expect the same. The breakfast was super packed with other guests and families. The front desk was super nice. The location was amazing. You can walk to Amir Timur park, lots of happening there at night.

I was in Tashkent on business and decided to stay in the very heart of the city, at the “Uzbekistan” Hotel. I didn’t regret this choice! great location! I especially liked the breakfasts, very hearty and colorful! tasty! especially for such a price. surprised! True, one of the shortcomings is that there are no slippers in the rooms, but overall I would rate it 9 out of 10
