The staff is amazing, but with events, the elevator use was impossible, could be 12-15" before you could get to your room. The catering may be amazing, but the restaurant served the same thing all the time and a la carte. So salmon, would not come with a veggie and potato, just a plop of salmon. By the time you ordered those things, it'd be $50 which is very expensive, and it wasn't really prepped or presented like a $50 plate, or seasoned or marinated or anything. Salads would be all over the place, like 31 croutons and 13 pieces of lettuce in a caesar once. A bread salad! Now Melissa Zelaya made some special deliveries for family and she is brilliant and deserves to run the place, if she doesn't already - so if you go and want food or niceties or anything, find her, tip her, she had flowers and pizza and candy and all kinds of things sent to my spouse and family, and THAT was magic, thanks to her!
