We have stayed all over Terrell and will definitely be back here its clearly not the newest property but it is exceptionally well maintained. I had no compliaint loved the space of the king suite. The beds were comfortable i do wish that the Pillows were a little firmer but that just my personal preference. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with just enough options for everyone.

Very clean and staff was friendly. Only problem was the noise from I-20 at night. If we stay there again we will ask for a room on the other side.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are looking for a super cheap stay and a hotel that matches the price it felt like one step up from a motel.

I was very disappointed with this hotel and am wondering why it has an 8.0 rating on the ******* website? It is run down and badly I. Need of a total renovation. The Holiday Inn in Terrell has the same 8.0 rating so I was thinking that the Quality Inn would be comparable, it was not.

Appearance shows an older hotel. Room has an outdated appearance as well BUT the bed was so comfortable & clean. Front desk clerk was so friendly. I would absolutely stay there again.
It is next to the highway, so you occasionally hear the large trucks.

Do not stay here. There is too much activity in the parking lot. I have never stayed in a hotel/motel that does not provide enough lighting to run off the activity in the parking lot. Stay near the 80-I20 split
