This hotel is in a very small Spanish village and is very modern. The room was enormous, modern and very clean. There were no coffee making facilities, but a fridge (empty). The shower was good, but, not so for my husband who is over 6' tall and couldn't not fit underneath it. The bath was enclosed so we didn't try it. The beds were wide but, as usual in Spain, rather firm. We had expected a balcony as per photos of the suite, but there was none. We also hoped to use the spa, but were very disappointed that even hotel guests have to pre-book and pay rather a lot of money to use a 30-60 minute slot. The staff were very nice (they do not speak English), but that is our problem, not theirs. If we are to revisit the village, we might go back again, but the price seems rather high for a Spa hotel when you have to pay extra for the spa and the parking. Also, we booked and paid for the hotel using Bookings.com, but the hotel asked us to pay again. In the end we didn't, but it was a little concerning at the time.

Only twenty-four hours but it felt longer. Our room was fantastic, a deep bath, relaxing bed and a huge terrace with panoramic views. The Spa did what is was supposed to do and dinner and breakfast were tasty and plentiful. But lots of other hotels offer the same facilities. What made the difference was the staff. The receptionist and the two waiters who attended to us could not be more helpful or pleasant. Definitely recommend staying at this fantastic hotel.

We had booked initially for four nights, but cancelled after two. Positives: 1) The food in the restaurant was of a very good quality. Negatives: 1) Hard bed which was uncomfortable. Same beds unfortunately throughout the hotel. 2) Internet was poor. Intermittent. 3) Dirty fridge, which was worrying (see photo). 4) Poor customer service - no apology or acknowledgment of the issues we faced. Staff needs training. Outcome: Not staying again.

Reservé habitación en el HOTEL La Trufa Negra a través de un portal de internet. Tras hablar con el establecimiento, me dicen que he reservado habitación en unos apartamentos, de peor calidad, que tienen en un edificio anexo. En ningún sitio de la reserva hace referencia a habitación en apartamento o apartahotel, sólo a Hotel La Trufa Negra. Esto me parece un engaño. El precio eran 124 € habitación doble sólo alojamiento. Por este motivo cancelo la reserva de la noche y del restaurante.

La recepcionista es un encanto y la habitación estaba muy bien. El restaurante y el personal son súper profesionales y nos hicieron sentir en nuestra casa gracias a su atención y a los manjares que comimos. Les indiqué que soy intolerante a la lactosa y al gluten, y se esforzaron en indicarme los platos que más me iban a gustar y para el desayuno tenían bebida de soja y de avena sin gluten. La única pega es que no pudimos reservar día ni hora para un circuito en el balneario porque estaba colapsado por el puente del Pilar.

Hemos estado 26 compañeros de trabajo. Haciendo una rutas de BTT por la zona. Nos alojamos en este esplendido hotel. La habitaciones excelentes. La cocina, buenísima El personal del comedor simpatiquísimos. Y su director Javier nos ha facilitado todas nuestras gestiones y estancia

celebramos un cumpleaños en el restaurante. Se come muy bien, todos los platos son generosos y buenos (ragu de ciervo, paletilla, atun). Los postres tambien estan muy bien hechos. Los precios son correctos para e nivel de restaurante y el servicio muy fluido y agradable. Repetiremos.

Es la cuarta vez que vengo. El hotel muy confortable y trato familiar. El spa está muy bien y el restaurante es formidable. Que más se puede pedir? Recomiendo este hotel para escapadas. El pueblo es agradable de visitar.
