No service, difficult discussion with staff, manager not available. Staff does not know how to run a hotel and provide a decent service. When we arrived, the staff seemed to be surprised, told us they were fully booked ( we have seen only two other couples) gave us a cabin telling us the additional bed in there would be an upgrade even though we had booked just such a cabine. No housekeeping , only one towel, broken haidryer, ac made annoying sounds, staff was helpless so we had to look after it ourselves, equipment as described in booking was almost completely not provided. No housekeeping, frogs in sink and toilet (cute yet unprofessional). Breakfast box for safari was two buttered toasts, one boiled egg, two sausages, one banana, no drink (we had booked nights including breakfast so this was a bad deal). Breakfast on day of departure was fruit, juice, sandwich. Tea only on explicit request. Menu on the veranda does not show the actual dishes available. No housekeeping. Far far far too expensive for what you get. We had the impression the lads working therewere being left alone with the service and had no experience or were not very ambitious. Manager was never available. Tried to contact the hotel beforehand via mail on behalf of safari booking but mailadress is not working. Communication is a serious problem. I am surprised since previous feedbacks are so positive. Sorry for this very negative one.
