Smoke detector beeping, they did come remove it. Unfortunately they had a gas leak so no hot water at all first night. Room drapes are water stained bathroom tile is falling off. Water damaged cabinets around fridge. Overall building in room and hallways is rum down.

The worst stay ever at a Hilton project and close to the worse stay anywhere....no hot water, no Internet, no breakfast, front desk clerk could not get off her personal call for 5 minutes to call for the shuttle..which call turns out was made on a device which was not working. Finally called driver on phone who arrived in 1 minute and he stated that the hotel would not replace worn out equipment..Never again

Had to share the hotel parking lot with park and fly and it was crowded. Mold in first room under sink but they moved us to another room. Nothing here is free except a small window of time you can get coffee in the morning.

Entrance extremely inviting, staff amazing.
Room quality not great; needs updating. Rooms do not have a pleasant odor. My remote control for tv had a brown substance on it and there was a long sewing needle in the floor. Staff was happy to get me a different room. Good restaurant, which is helpful next to the airport because there is nothing close. Airport shuttle included.

We have stayed at this property for years and the lobby is so nice and the employees are always so friendly. But, the room we got on our last visit was absolutely horrible. As you enter the room and in the bathroom the tile is broken and is coming up from the floor. The wood is badly beat up on the coffee stand. The carpet is pulling away from the wall and is severely worn, it is absolutely time for rooms to be remodel.

The king size matress was lumpy. Could only sleep in the middle or you would roll onto the dirty floor. The shampoo bottle was pump operated, glued to the wall and empty. The few lights in the room had low wattage bulbs that made the room dark and difficult to read and work.

The rooms at this property are badly in need of renovation. The room appears tidy, but the bed and shower were not clean. The property is close to freight rail tracks and the sound of passing trains and their horns woke me up three times during the night. The floor was uneven and seemed to have been hastily repaired at some point. The TV had a bunch of weird over the air channels and not a traditional cable line-up. You can do better; book elsewhere.
