Tidak tinggal di hotel ini! Jika Anda dapat mencetak poin negatif, saya pasti akan memberikan poin negatif! Ada kutu busuk di hotel! Ini sangat menakutkan. Saya menginap selama satu malam, dan keesokan harinya saya dipenuhi kantong di sekujur tubuh saya. Sangat gatal! Jika belum terlambat, saya tidak tahu apa bug kecil ini! Was going to rate a ā1ā but breakfast attendant was friendly. Room not clean. We planned to stay because of the hot tub. Filthy and cold. Apparently it has been broken for years. Shocked Best Western would put their name on this place. We will likely not be staying at Best Western properties in the future. Not shown: filthy pool and cold tub.

Break fast was ok. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The rooms were not very well insulated so relatively noisy, from neighbours above and each side.

This hotel was a great price with a free breakfast that was nice. The staff were super friendly! It was a great location for visiting the Joshua Tree park. It was budget friendly for families looking for a place to stay for a local vacation. I would stay here again.

Loved the complimentary hot breakfast. Starts really early at 5.30am to cater for hikers. The food gets replenished very quickly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Need to ask the receptionist for cooking pots. Not placed within the room. There were also no other cooking equipment, dishwear, utensils or cutlery. Quite a strange non functional kitchen. About 20 minutes drive to Joshua tree park.

No blankets provided but itās freezing cold in winter. Heater and AC are poor quality. Shower takes forever to heat up and drain was clogged. Hotel premises and area around the hotel were FUGLY. Television was bad. Bed was an old spring mattress. Lighting was terrible. No tea, no fridge, no microwave.

Our first room had mold in bathroom tube area. We were moved to another room, no mold. Hot water was turned off in whole facility during early evening for a pipe repair. Never was restored before we checked out the following day. Staff was more than apologetic but issues were out of their hands. Although they did communicate with managers. Over all this hotel was out dated and in need of repairs.
