The Standard room I stayed in was not 4 star worthy Room not ventelated and extemely hot on arrival The Staff was super helpful thank you The Dinner -poor - set meal -no communication -Not asked about allergies or food sensitivities -could not eat the corn- steak was not medium -over done and tough Vegetables Great , thank you Swimming pool -clean and lovely thank you I will not consider staying at Tamboti Lodge again.

Facilities were great, service was good. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the area but from first glance it was excellent. Would definitely recommend it to others or even pln another visit and utilize the facilities.

They gave us a wrong room, bottom instead of upstairs and didn't apologize. The downstairs rooms you can't sleep past 6am because you can hear all the stomping upstairs. They advertised that you can extend booking per hour but when we requested they were too busy to let us extend till 12. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, poor customer service, horrible communication skills, just bad. Bad. Perfect facilities worst employees

I really loved the place and will definitely go again. Clean sheets, clean pool and very quite and reserved. Just need to fix network for TV it was not very good. In overall keep the good work up. 👏.

The lady at reception could have been a lot more professional. Generator ran until 01:30 in the morning… so I had almost no sleep. Breakfast was served outside on one of the coldest days of the year. Breakfast itself was also cold.

Great Homely place to take a break at, or Work from WiFi was, however, not working - but it's the first time for it to be out of service in all my stays here. Beautiful Pool, always It's time to change Towels, even though they are clean.

Had an awesome stay the only negatives I have is that there were tiny mold spots on the closets in the bathroom in the room I stayed in (room 5) and the top of the fridge was very dusty. Other than that, I have no complaint, the bedding was very clean. And the breakfast was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating.
