Excellent location, great service, very nice views from our junior suite, good resto, nice and healthy breakfast, very relaxing wellness, best place I can imagine for a short visit to Ushuaia! Welcome at reception was outstanding, and easy to get to the center or activities. Only small remark I could make is that when arriving the hotel looks a bit outdated from the outside, but once inside you forget this immediately, well renovated, also the wellness area fe.

Awsome place, the city, the resort, the activities, all was 10 out of 10!! will come back for sure. The Spa is the highlight, the different pools and jacuzzis will relax you entirely. The restaurants were so good. And as an added bonus they have a free transfer service to the city center.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff and facilities are excellent. It’s a little way outside of Ushuaia itself but they have a free bus transfer during the day. The restaurant here is also excellent. Highly recommend Las Hayas if you are visiting Ushuaia.

Really beautiful hotel. I was here travelling solo before a trip to Antarctica. The hotel staff were very helpful from the moment I arrived and were helpful in giving me recommendations for vegan options in the city. The hotel is in a very beautiful spot offering stunning views of Ushuaia. Would recommend grabbing a coffee (they offer complimentary coffees at certain times of day) and sit up by reception where there is a wonderful view. The hotel offers a shuttle bus multiple times a day to and from the hotel to the city centre- the drop off point is by the “fin del Mundo” sign. This was very handy. They also have a beautiful spa where I had a lovely massage for a reasonable price (around 30 US dollars for 50 mins) and used the sauna. There is also a steam room and pool. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a good selection - I have allergies and the staff were so helpful and kind in ensuring that I had options - the same when I ordered room service (again very reasonable prices). The hotel offers guided walks and other nice things each day like forest bathing but sadly I didn’t get a chance to try this! The rooms are very nice, the only thing I noticed was my cups in my room were a little dirty but I have no doubt that had I asked for a replacement this would have been actioned. Would highly recommend if looking for a tranquil relaxing hotel with amenities approx 10 mins away in the city centre.

Ushuaia is a cruise ship town in peak season so this hotel gives you a welcome break from the crowds as it sits up on a hill overlooking the town and water. There are hiking trails directly behind the hotel that offer great views too. You will want an uber to go to/from town as it is a bit of an uphill climb but those are inexpensive and easy to get. Breakfast we nicely done and included. The spa is a hidden gem with nice massage and facial options in a lovely location for a very reasonable price.

My firends and I spent 3 nights at Las Hayas and loved it. Excellent staff and facility. The hotes is located on the hill not far from the entrance of the National Park. The hotel is surronded by the local beech trees and has a wonderful views of the city, port and Beagle channel. It’s a little way outside of Ushuaia itself but they have a free bus transfer during the day. The staff and facilities are excellent. Large room for for three people. Bathroom large and equipped with courtesy set. We loved the spa and especially the Jacuzzi located outside that we nejoyed while it was smowing. Excellent breakfast.
