Better than what I was expecting, from the first contact over the phone to the last at the check out. The room was quite spacious, it had a big wardrobe. I enjoyed the balcony over one of the main streets of Vigo, the proximity to the old town and many more things. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and polite at all time.

It was a very pleasant 3-night stay in Vigo. We got a cozy room, comfortable bed, friendly reception staff and a super centric location. We were a bit worried about our windows facing the busy street of Garcia Barbon, but there was no problem - sound isolation was great, and we could sleep undisturbed. Will repeat again when traveling around.

Very nice and clean room, bathroom equiped with toiletries. Hotel is situated in the middle of the town, so everything is within reach. I felt really comfortable there. Great value for the money, I recommend.

Great value stay. Clean and nice room, with balcony overlooking street but good window insulation so not noisy. Favorite aspect of the roo. was the shower, so much room and good water pressure with lovely provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Great location too, just 5 min walk away from most of the tourist must-see spots. And super helpful staff at reception, helped us with booking a taxi to the airport after our stay and even helped us with online checking into our flights!

The location is great, the staff is excellent. The option of parking great. Good bedrooms. The only thing we didn't appreciate was the breakfast. Breakfast was on a cafeteria, on the first day it was so full and only two attendants so we had to wait almost 30 minutes to be served. And you can only have 1 hot drink, 1 orange Juice and 1 toast or 1 Cake. Anything else you have to pay...

Don't look only for the possibility of having Pets. That's the SCAM! Check once, twice... maybe more, that your reservation is what you want and what you payed for... if you have a problem there, you will leave the problem with you! no-one will solve

We had a good stay at your hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint was the noise, there was a lot of noise overnight; between rooms and street noise.
