Friendly, great price. No more than 3 star, but a place to stay in Watertown.

When I reserved, I Speciffically asked about the pool, as it was important for my Granddaughters, and when we checked in, we saw a SIGN that the pool was NOT IN OPERATION!! I checked other hotel's in the area, and there was NO vacancy since it was the same day! If Another hotel was available,I would have gladly gave up the fee for my room!! SEVERLY UNHAPPY WITH COMFORT INN!~ DO NOT trust them!!!! On top of that,I had to work on the toilet constant running MYSELF!!!

Very nice staff, good presentation.
Negatives: Pool out of commission all weekend, room temperature control made horrendous noises all night, toilet too low for people with disabilities, beds not just firm but actually hard. Would probably not stop again as no sleep for the 3 days stay.

Hotel was fine but pool was down and that was one of the grapes planned on using. Also, in room, coffee makers were extremely cheap and didn’t really brew decent coffee.

The staff here is amazing from the front desk to housekeeping & on through to the wonderful complimentary breakfast. This is the 4th time we have stayed here. The people who tend to our needs during our stay keep bringing us back.

Very clean property and quiet. Stayed in a king suite on the 4th floor. Recently renovated room. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately the fitness room is very basic and had no weights.

It started off so positive... and was all down hill from there.
Asked front desk for room to be cleaned before cutoff -- came back later at night and it wasn't. Bathroom fixture (WC) had a broken handle / flapper and wouldn't work right.
Uninterested front desk staff (you know who you are) who checked us in, took the request for room cleaning and checked us out --- pair it with room mechanical issues, housekeeping/communication issues, and a floor filled with noisy hockey tournament guests running in the hallway, slamming doors, yelling and drinking in the hallways and hotel rooms that are separated by what I can only call "cardboard-thin" walls. This weekend away was disappointing on every level.
Spend your travel dollars elsewhere. I will from now on.
