How can I describe the inscribable. I wanted to spoil myself the last night in Ireland. The way this place was built in the ruins of an old castle was magical.

A great experience and the couple running the hotel were very accomodating. The only down thing was the lack of good restaurants around - very mediocre. It is also a long way from nowhere, you have to drive, too far to walk

Very nice. We stayed in the apartment and was large. Facilities good and clean. Cookies and milk when we arrived to the room. Breakfast was excellent and local sourced and Irish food. We had laundry done and was all done by them and returned to our room and done well and not pricey. Our room was essentially in the Castle courtyard. We also went up in castle. It was fun and staff made it easy for us. The farm was pretty too. I would definitely recommend for service and rooms and being historic.

Loved having donkeys & chickens close by. The snug & self serve adult refreshments were a very homey touch. Breakfast was delicious. So nice to have a little later checkout so we could enjoy the castle & grounds in the morning.

Food was excellent! Perfect first night in Ireland. We arrived and we’re able to explore the castle and grounds without having to hop back in a car to go and see something.

Killiane Castle is awesome. Paul the proprietor was helpful, informational and very genial. We had a lovely walk around the property, got to meet the donkeys and explore the castle. Breakfast was delicious and the home made fruit dishes and jam was exquisite.
