This hotel has excellent staff with great hospitality. Immaculate surroundings, courteous staff and upscale amenities. We wished we could've taken more time to explore the other activities that the property provided.

Our staying in this hotel will be the last time we would go there, after our stayings at Omni Hotel (Washington Mt Hotel) in October, November, and December this year, and my wife did not want to stay at Omni twice a month. We regret to pick this hotel.

Beautiful and majestic yet it doesn't take itself too seriously. Staff is outstanding as is the Tavern fare. Mountain View Grand is nestled in the Great North Country surrounded by small towns with a stunning view of the White Mountain region. Highly encourage a stay at this lovely hotel.

It's was a wonderful Christmas for me my husband and my daughter. We relaxed and used the spa for massages. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely come back

They had the only restaurant within twenty miles and knew it. Their menu prices reflected knowledge of that captive audience and did not deliver decent quality or adequate quality. I ordered the Coq Au Vin and the server (who was excellent) corrected me “The chicken” - and he was correct. The dish was a separately cooked piece of chicken thigh placed into what tasted liked a bowl of spaghettios - for $37. My children had over cooked and overpriced burgers and fries. The billiards table needs refelting. It feels like faded former glory there.

Loved the location but if you are looking for quiet you won't find it here. Kids kids kids ! It is close to Santas Village . Kids running in hall and screaming ,pool crowded with kids, movie theater was all kids movies.If your looking for a quiet romantic weekend dont stop here.

Check in went well, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, the views of the mountains are fantastic! It was a nice stay and we will return.

This was out 11th stay at the Mountain View, even though we were given a smaller room with no view and a blocked window due to hotels overbooking we still enjoyed our stay
due to the wonderful view and location, the stall is great and restaurant and bar is very good. I wish they would serve the maple syrup pizza at the bar again and keep the hot tub water in basement warmer, Also the removed the FREE coffee station near the lobby and replaced it with weak Luke warm coffee at the lobby store. Must bring back the free lobby coffee. and the cookies. Penny wise dollar foolish. Many guests want to wake up grap a cup of joe and run out.
