We stayed for four nights. Housekeeping did not make up our beds nor always empty our garbage. Bedding was old and scratchy. Baseboards were dirty and perhaps had black mold. Room was old and entire motel needs to be renovated. neighborhood was noisy at night.

Late check in due to a very long drive but the Reception staff was wonderful. Assisted us with changing our room so we could be on the ground floor as stairs and luggage are a challenge when you check in for a week!

Good place to stay for one night. Bed was not great (getting a bit old sag in middle) but centrally located, clean, quiet.

Convenient to downtown but old and run down. The stairs were dodgy and the laundry, frankly scary. The staff worked very hard and the rooms were clean. The wifi worked. A bit sketchy, but the price reflected that compared to other accommodations in Whitehorse.

Comfortable enough and relatively economical. The hotel is very old and we’ll used but the room was clean and the bathroom fixtures were newer.

Disappointed in my second stay here. Different room, dated, top outlets didn’t work, only noticed in the morning that the bed sheets looked burned and dirty. Lots of smoke drifting in from outside.

The area around the motel had a lot of traffic. Many run down buildings and wasn't very clean. Once inside the room is was very nice which is most important. The place was also very easy to find and parking right in front of my room.

The smoke detector was beeping, so the a new battery was brought up for me to replace, Beside table lamp was flickering so a new bulb was brought up and it work for a few minutes then was flickering again. We were tired to did not pursue it. Clearly the fixture is shorting out. The towels were stained and much more worn than what I would use on my car. Whitehorse is expensive. This place is appropriately priced for what you get.
Check in and staff were fine.
