Room has been updated, but some of the work looks to have been a DIY project. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. TV could have been a little bigger, but not a deal breaker.

My credit card was charged before we even arrived, not sure if this is in the fine print but I've never had a hotel charge before we even checked in.
I had to call the owner a few times for him to come to the office to grab my key.
When we first got in the room it looked
clean, once I started to get settled I noticed there was some brownish liquid that had dropped down the side of the sink that wasn't cleaned.
The sheets didn't look cleaned or changed from the previous guest. The pillow case was stained yellow the sheets had yellow stains on them.
I was travelling with my family so I had little ones with me, there was only a handle lock on the door, no security lock no secondary lock. I moved the mini fridge in front of the door for the night.
The outside of the building looked clean tidy and well maintained. Tons of grass for the kids or dogs to run and play.

The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful when I ask him the weather forecast for the day after!

And the small city of Wairton is charming!

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Rooms were clean and neat, with decent beds and newer fixtures in the bathroom.
It would be nice to have had somewhere to hang clothes, and a coffee pot, etc. in the room would have been nice.

The property is good. The door doesn’t lock from the outside only when ur inside.: there are no options of restaurants around it

Room was dirty from the start with flies everywhere and stains on the chairs and bedsheets, the wifi didn’t work and the ac was broken too. The door didn’t seal which led to ants getting into all our food near the door. Staff was friendly enough and generally helpful but facilities were very lacking

It was good. The bedding we got for the pull out sofa were old and stained but we only stayed one night. It was good enough but overpriced for what it is. I will stay again out of necessity
