The resort is attached to a golf course. It is outside of York and I find the resort quiet and safe. The staff was nice and friendly during check-in. There are not many dinning options around the resort and breakfast is not included.

It’s a great place to stay, the only downside was breakfast was not included. Service was excellent, and the whirlpool king suite was really cool. Spa service were really nice too

Our last experience with this hotel wasn’t the best. We had ice cold water in our room on the third floor. The noise was pretty terrible as well this time. Of course our last night there the manager came in and would not address us while we walked past or any of the issues that we had brought to the attention of the staff while we stayed there. It’s just wild because I remember this being an establishment that took pride in great customer service when I was in my twenties.

Beautiful, well maintained property. As well as a touch of elegance. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice on sight restaurant and bar. Definitely stay there again.

Happy to see the property has been maintained well. I grew up in York, and spent several nights there for wedding receptions and other events. The last time was approx 20 years ago. So encouraging to see it's still well maintained.

I am a travel RN that stays in the York area often. I have stayed at a few different hotels, Heritage Hills is much better overall then any of the others. It is like a hidden gem!

this is a very nice location. golf course is beautiful very playable. the hotel is very noisy. you can hear every toilet flush all the time. they put the power flushers in to save water. but the two rooms next to us you could hear everything. it’s like they were in your room. walking down the halls. toilet flush. it’s just unpleasant. they should get rid of them. i don’t want to hear toilets flushing the whole time we stayed.

This was an amazing place to spend the evening. Beautiful views out towards the golf course when you walk out on the deck of the restaurant and I would definitely stay here again. The room was immaculately clean. The towels were new and bed linens crisp and clean on comfortable beds. I can’t find anything bad to say about this experience. We would go back!
