整體不錯，離海灘不遠，也可以在酒店户外泳池游泳，早餐很豐盛，不過酒店位置手機沒信號，需要連酒店wifi。

總體設施不錯。但酒店提供的旅遊諮詢服務欠缺： 入住4 天，天氣不好，雨天風大，酒店外出船衹停航，酒店衹提供他們自己的服務，問及附近有沒有飯店或者其他，一概不知/ 或者不説。4 天衹能在灑店呆著。其實不然，最後一天酒店附近走10 分鐘就是很多歺館和旅行相關的出海，Horse ride， car tour， jet tour .... 非常熱鬧的

地理位置優越，房間很大很舒服，離海灘也很近，酒店服務態度也好。泳池裡貼心準備了各種游泳圈，體驗感非常好。

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Lesante - a fantastic week at a gorgeous hotel. Such a warm welcome on arrival - greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, providing all info needed for our stay. From the Reception staff to the Restaurant/Bar staff and housekeeping team, I’ve yet to meet a friendlier team of hospitality staff. What a wonderful asset to the hotel - every single member of staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A beautifully clean hotel in a perfect location - close to the beach but tucked away, 15 min walk to the centre of the resort which was bustling with bars, restaurants & shops. Perfect resort for a family with teens. We loved everything about the hotel. The choice of good was superb and always a great choice. My only criticism was the price of drinks, €11 for a vodka and tonic seemed a tad expensive and this meant we didn’t spend as much time at the hotel in the evening as we would have liked. Instead we’d venture into the resort. Overall a fantastic week in beautiful surroundings with wall to wall sunshine & blue skies.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel we arrived to a great welcome from the Staff from taking our cases and offering a cold drink on arrival. The hotel was spotless with a fantastic pool area our interconnected family room was perfect very spacious and cleaned twice a day We did half board the breakfast buffet was nice good choice but evening meal we only stayed in twice due to the same food on both occasions that was my only negative thoughts of the dining I prefer a good selection and choice especially in a 5 star Hotel. Eating out was great plenty of great restaurants within walking distance I recommend the Premier fantastic staff and the best Fillet steak I've had. The beach was a 2 minute walk away with 2 great beach restaurants and good water sports Jet skis etc Overall its been a fantastic holiday great staff and we will definitely be returning but it will have to be bed and breakfast next time thank you for some great family memeries

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Lesante. Hotel is absolutely spotless and the rooms are serviced twice a day . Every member of staff is so professional and friendly. From the moment we arrived with a genuine welcome and hotel tour to the moment we left we were made to feel really special. The hotel is 150 metres from a beautiful sandy beach with shallow water which is ideal for children. Food was varied and high class. Thank you all for a fantastic stay !

From the moment we got out of our transfer and where greeted by smiling helpful doormen, to meeting the front of house staff (again smiling and helpful) Our rooms were spotless, bright and airy. Nikos and all the guys at the pool bar were great. The restaurant was well run and again from the moment you walked upto the door and where greeted by the restaurant manager, seated at your table nothing was too much trouble. We had a Gluten intolerant person in our party and they went out of their way to make special food for her. We used the concierge to book a boat trip for our anniversary (although we paid a little more than what we would’ve if we booked in town) we had peace of mind and the service and trip was outstanding. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach and then a 5-10 (depending on mobility) walk into the town. We loved this hotel so much we are going back next June. We had a wonderful two weeks in this hotel. The location is great. Just a short stroll to the beach and a pleasant ten minute walk into town. The reception staff were brilliant. Very helpful and any issues were dealt with immediately. Our room was very nice with a large comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. A lovely bathroom with a powerful shower and a good hairdryer. It was cleaned every day to a high standard as was the whole of the hotel. The balcony was nice but had no clothes airer so it’s a good idea to take a small washing line. The food was good. We always enjoyed the breakfast particularly the freshly made omelettes. We only ate lunch at the pool bar once which was disappointing and expensive for what it was. We found it much nicer to buy a filled roll from the Alex supermarket just down the road and eat it on our balcony. The dinner in the buffet restaurant was generally very good especially the soups, salads and desserts. Sometimes the choice of main course dishes was not so great but I always found something I liked although my husband struggled sometimes. The wines on offer were very good but as in most hotels very pricey so we only had one glass with dinner and we were not prepared to pay for water. Considering how cheap bottled water is in the supermarkets it would have been a nice touch if the hotel provided this free of charge. All of the staff in the restaurant were very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the Greek night in the a la carte restaurant. The food was very good and there was traditional music and dancing. The pools were lovely, very large and clean. The only problem was you had to be up early to get a sun bed in the sun and they were quite close to each other. There were pool towels available and could be changed in the spa as often as you wanted to. The sun loungers were very comfortable. We enjoyed going to the beach for the day. If you walk along a little way to the second bar the sand is much nicer and it’s easier to get into the sea. We hired two beds and an umbrella for fifteen euros and enjoyed a light lunch there. The sea was so warm and clear. We only did one trip which was called Above and Beyond which we booked in the town. It was a wonderful day consisting of a minibus tour to see some of the island followed by a fabulous speed boat trip to see the shipwreck, caves and there were a couple of swim stops. Highly recommended. To conclude we loved the hotel but if we were to return we would only book bed and breakfast as there are so many bars and restaurants in the town to choose from. The hotel is very quiet in the evenings and there was very little entertainment.

I find this a difficult review to write as do not wish to be unfair to what is basically a nice hotel. I have given four stars - very good - but it I would describe it more as good rather than very good. We stayed here for three weeks half board from mid September until 8th October. We are not great fans of package tours but had such lovely experiences recently with similarly priced 5 stars hotels - Elysium in Rhodes and Elysium in Paphos - and read such positive reviews that we though we would book again. About a month before we went came across a YouTube review of this hotel - again very positive - which would be worth watching for anyone considering if this hotel is for them. My heart somewhat sank as it hardly seemed a five star luxury hotel. On arrival at main reception - a rather bland and underwhelming area - we were given a lovely warm welcome by Stella and other staff. The staff are lovely. But as a few others have pointed out this is a 4 star hotel trying to be a 5 star - the hotel prices are certainly 5 star! There are many positives - the staff are lovely and helpful, the pool area very nice and beautifully set out at night, the room cleaning is of the highest standard I have seen anywhere in any hotel in the world and the hotel well located. The rooms - or at least the room we had , “standard deluxe” are ok, rather beige and bland, with a small bathroom and a small balcony. The dining area is ok but again hardly five star - and the food 3 star. As a vegetarian - who does eat fish socially when necessary - the choice was quite poor. And fish fingers - described on menu as “fish sticks” - in a five star hotel on two or three occasions - left us speechless. My partner is not a vegetarian and described the mains as bland. The starters, salads etc were quite good but the same and after three weeks rather samey. The desserts were always delicious though. Drink prices were pricey. We still had a nice holiday but do feel a little bit disappointed with whole experience. If you are a vegetarian do not go half board - especially if you are staying more than a week. There was little or no hand gel around the hotel - or indeed anywhere on island or other places we went in Greece on trips - and lots of people with coughs and sneezing. We got some hand gel but left it a little late. We got more than a cold! Can I make a plea to place hand gel around the hotel especially eating area - management might respond to this with the usual “we take hygiene seriously and hand gel is readily available” line but please believe me, there was none. Sorry if this review is less than positive. It was a nice hotel, we had fab weather and Zakynthos and neighbouring island lovely.
