Hotel ini terletak di pusat kota Zurich dan sangat artistik. Disarankan agar semua orang datang untuk tinggal di kamar mereka dengan mural, yang sangat retro. Pelayanan bagus, tidak banyak kategori untuk sarapan (hampir hotel bintang 5 di Swiss seperti ini), parkir valet hotel! !

服務員三番兩次的開口騙人説我訂的房型已經不滿了（衹能住他們給的房間），

Started and ended our Switzerland trip here and it was the perfect way to be introduced to the country. We rented a car for a week to drive through the countryside and received the vehicle here which the staff was kind enough to facilitate. The rooms were full of character and felt historic in a cool kind of way. Breakfast was great and everything about the hotel was positive. The staff even helped us translate with our driver back to the airport to fly home as it was confusing for him to find the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience. Strongly recommend.

One of the more stylish, chic and comfortable hotels I've stayed at. The bed is plush, gym is cool and breakfast is exquisite. I shall be back. The in-house bar is lively. I didn't dine in any of their restaurants and there are plenty of food options around the block. Definitely give Lumiere a try.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at the Widder Hotel. Not only is it a beautiful property conveniently located in the heart of Zurich, but what made it extra special was the attentiveness and support that the concierge staff provided to us. Our luggage was delayed at our connection in Frankfurt. It contained all of our ski clothing that we were planning to wear on our next stop in Zermatt. The Widder concierge team did everything in their power to help us locate the luggage and track its delivery to us. If anyone has lost luggage with Lufthansa before you will know that it is nearly impossible to get a person on the phone to assist you. The Widder staff stepped in seamlessly even though they did not create the issue. We are grateful to them and so enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Widder team!

I recently stayed at the Widder Hotel and my experience was disappointing overall. Despite being granted an “upgrade” through American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts, the room was still small and not what I expected for the price, which was over $500 per night. The real disappointment came from the service at their restaurant, August, where a waiter displayed an arrogant and highly selective attitude towards guests. I did not feel welcomed, and for such a high-end establishment, I expected a more accommodating atmosphere. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
