A localização é boa, mas não excelente, em se tratando de Cayo Guillermo. A praia do Hotel é razoável, precisa avançar muito pra passar de 1m de profundidade. Os quartos precisam de manutenção, mas a cama e o ar condicionado foram excelentes. O Hotel é All Inclusive, a comida no geral é boa em se tratando de Cuba, mas achei estranho que no almoço e janta só ofereciam Cerveja ou Água pra beber. Sucos somente no café da manhã. Os drinks não são bons, mas a cerveja é boa. O entretenimento a noite é fraco. Mas, considerando que a diária é de baixo valor, está excelente. Não deixe de ir a Playa Pilar em dia sem vento. Vá Tb a praia pública de Cayo Coco que é muito bacana e pode conversar com o povo Cubano.

Lustiges Ressort mit freundlicher Besatzung. Auch wenn einiges wackelt und ausgeleiert ist - die Stimmung unter den Gästen und den Angestellten war ausgezeichnet.

My trip to Starfish at Cayo Guillermo was wonderful specially at the Specialized Restaurant where la CAPITANA Yuli gaves un a caring attention with her nice smile and special attention to details. The food was also great, fresh and tasty with a keen attention to the decorations on the plates. I highly recommend to teavelles to Cayo Coco. Bravo, keep it up.

Nice place. Excellent installations. Great animation team also not too noisy but also not to quiet. Very nice place to come for vacation. They have everything you really need. The beach is nice, the workers are nice the pool is nice and the food is good.

Very nice place. Very relax but has a good animation team. If you want a relaxing and fun vacation come here. The installations are very nice. Not too pack. Not a lot a people know about this place but you should. The beach is nice, bar is always stock up. They play good music.

Service is very good in the dining room and buffet and bar we are happy with everything the beach is beautiful and the wine is excellent , yuleimi is a most beautiful waitress,🥰 🏝️🏖️, the food is very good, different every day, the garden are very nice, will be back 🥰
