I am a fan of this hotel! The best stay of my life, from food to the staff to the amenities, can't compliment this hotel enough. Loved everything. The food here is so yummy we just couldn't stop eating. So ***y varieties in the breakfast buffet there was something for everyone and if still someone needs something extra it would be prepared and served. The staff here is wonderful, front desk was always available to help and guide us through our entire stay and the housekeeping staff was so polite and friendly, they provided us with everything even without asking. The in house dining menu was so vast and tasty, we never went out to eat anything else. Coming to the rooms - I just have no words other than extraordinary. Every single thing is the same according to the pictures provided on the booking site, lastly the help staff / security / luggage handling staff greeted us with a big smile everytime we met them! what an amazing beautiful experience this hotel was. We were so sad while leaving, cannot wait to come back. Kudos to y'all!

April in Coimbatore can be quite sweltering, envision enduring a 12-minute walk under the blazing sun with temperatures soaring to 45 degrees while lugging around a heavy bag. Not exactly an appealing prospect, is it? Unfortunately, we encountered such an experience at O by Tamara in Coimbatore. During a motorcycle expedition returning from Ooty, my wife and I decided to make a pit stop here. However, our arrival was met with disapproval by the security personnel at the gate, who insisted we park our bike beneath the hotel and proceed to the reception on foot. Despite our heavy load, the parking lot attendants refused to assist, citing a lack of lift facilities. Thus, we were left with no choice but to trek back to the entrance, a rather disheartening experience. Does O by Tamara condone such treatment? Is the hotel not accommodating of guests arriving on motorcycles? These were questions that lingered in our minds. Nevertheless, I raised the issue with the front office staff, who assured me they would address the matter. When patronizing a purportedly luxurious establishment like a 5-star or 4-star property, one expects a certain standard of hospitality as a given. Hopefully, the ***agement takes heed of this feedback and makes amends. Despite this setback, our overall experience was decent. Check-in was efficient, the rooms were pleasant, and the breakfast spread was commendable, offering good value for money.

O by Tamara Coimbatore was the Stay Destination for our Family wedding! Appreciate the team effort put by Mr. Joel Prasanth - the Deal Cracker, Ever Smiling Surya, The *** of SOP’s Mr. Vijay (very clear with policies but also knew to satisfy the guests), Mr. Parthasarathy, Mr. Prajwal, Miss Benaisha, the line of Front Desk Staff and Security Team. Their impeccable service and hospitality resulted in a very pleasant and comfort stay for our guests giving a Good Vibes Only feeling! In Coimbatore - O by Tamara tops my list now and should be for anyone looking for luxury and budget stay! They really know to do business! #coimbatore #fivestarhotels
